I’m not done with exercises in the journal yet but so far it’s been pretty enlightening for me. Helping me realize why I do some of things I do and how to change habits that don’t serve me with new ones that will.
Reading this book has open my eyes to many things I was naive about, it has help me through the process of healing and forgiving those who had hurt me in the pass. Still a working process but getting there one day at a time, Thank you for helping me through this book, God Bless you abundantly!
It was a good read. I thought your writing had very good ideas and thought!! I would have liked to have seen every day examples of ‘real living’ to associate myself with the situations! But a great book!!
The e-book is really convenient because I can read it at a moment where I feel like I’m spiraling. I appreciate the real experiences shared to show how deep you can go with the exercises.
It is sooooo helpful and encouraging to know that my situation can change, how not always.
Thank you so much for your helpful videos, I love end a learn a lot from them. The challenge becomes when my husband is not interested in them, which leaves me sad and dispondend, not knowing what to do and this is my current situation. ❤️❤️
No, I am not broken over anyone and no relationship has that kind of power of the way that I function. I know very well how to let people go! That is a done deal, I have moved forward.
I loved the book! I loved the exercises. It feels a bit incomplete though. I wish there were more exercises. After reading the book, I feel like I have done only a quarter of the work. There should be a continuation of the work. Perhaps it's time to have volume 2.
This book helped me and my spouse in our healing process the exercises are easy to do and also aided in our healing process I’ll always refer back to this book if I need guidance.
Right from the start the book pulls you out of heavy negativity and leads you into understanding. As you go on, you realize a lot about yourself and others. You start to understand the reasons for human actions, and you start to naturally forgive. Nothing heals more than acknowledging and standing up for your own feelings.
I do also other stuff for healing my heart, but the book was a corner stone on this journey and made a big shift in me.
The book help me to understand I was in a relationship with a wrong person for 8 years. Trying to save another human being because of a childhood trauma based on saving my father. It was hard to face it but now I am healing. Thank you!
I haven't finished the e-book "Love after the heartbreak". but I love that every line resonates with what I'm feeling and going through right now. When the book connects with me, I know it is worth the read. Thank you, Stephan, for sharing your insights about this topic. God bless.
Great great book. Easy to read and understand. I loved the examples used as well as the exercises. I did finish it and plan on continuing practicing the exercises.
Each book has something to give, something to teach and empower. The truth in some of the books can be a hard pill to swallow, but after a few days of introspection and medidation you find it easier to swallow. Once you swallow you are able to heal, correct and become empowered to meet your Boaz (the man God has for you).
Have not fully completed the book but the steps are interesting. Apparently, I started journalling all emotions felt during these times since 2020 and it's been very healing prior to receiving the book. Will provide my progress in the next revie TV
This book has been an absolute saver for me and I thank God every day that I discovered it and Stephan!
I was going through a rough time but Stephan’s words brought clarity and support. Forever grateful!
Excellent book! I didn’t realize that my growth had nothing to do with my healing. I was growing but my lack of healing kept me stuck. At 50, I’m now on my way to living my best life, loving myself and open to the idea of having a healthy love relationship with someone in the future. It’s going to take time but I’m okay with that. Having my therapist for the last year has also made this healing journey a great experience. Thank you Stephan!!!
I am currently reading, "Love after heartbreak", and let me tell you; the introduction piece alone is so powerful. I felt his love and compassion through his words and the will to want to help us women get through all this malice and negativity from what we think is love. He mentions that he's here to hold our hand to go through this process of healing. Even though he obviously isn't here physically, it's still nice to know that im not alone in this. With Stephan's help, Im excited and ready overcome this horrible feeling due to wrongful relationships. Thank you Stephan Labossiere for caring.
This book has been an eye opener for me. The tasks were tough as I had to dig from childhood into my adulthood when dealing with my hurts. My who hurt me lost amounted to 25 persons, I was not entirely ready to face some of those names but after doing it a weight was lifted! Thank you Stephan and continue to write more books!!!
